LATE ARRIVALS: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled. You will need to reschedule for another day. You will forfeit your refund. DEPOSITS: A non refundable deposit will be required to secure your appt for all clients. CANCELLATIONS: Please provide at least 24 hrs notice of cancellations or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs will result in loss of deposit. NO SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for his/ her appointment without notice will be unable to book future appointments.
